Our Business Is All About Creating Change Through Business Transition

During times of change you might feel vulnerable or averse to taking risks with your organisation and you want to be sure about the sort of people you'll be doing business with.  We operate some core values when working with our clients, as like you, we want to be sure that we have an up front agreement about how we'll work together.

Integrity for us is about keeping in mind your outcomes and working with you to ensure you get them.  That means that we take special care to understand exactly and specifically what you want.  

We also understand that what you want has implications for the choices you make so you can always count on us to be absolutely clear about the consequences of those choices.  For example, how these will impact your longer term business outcomes.  We learnt how much value you as the client place on having an objective consultant or coach and that we best serve our clients' interests by retaining our right to disagree.  We bring our greatest value by sharing our insights and objective judgements.  We call this the ecology check.

 

Boldness applies to the way we consult, facilitate and coach our clients.  We are prepared to take bold actions and model the way for our clients so that it's more comfortable for you to take the bold actions necessary to help create change.  Maintaining the status quo usually means living in comfort.  Change, by its very nature, means stepping outside of that comfort zone and it's something we do on a daily basis.  Our drive to succeed is all about living the daily reality that imperfect action is better than perfect inaction.

 

Creativity frees up your organisation to manifest solutions and ideas for today's problems and tomorrow's possibilities.  If you are expecting the usual consultancy and coaching models then quite frankly we're not the answer for you.  We rely on our intuitive creativity coupled with our years of experience working at the 'sharp end' to help you come up with practical, innovative and workable approaches to help you create a positive experience of change for you and your people

Yes, we are business savvy enough to know that you will still want to measure progress and check againt milestones.  But that doesn't mean it has to be done in a way which isn't creative.  What you want to see, experience and hear is an organisation that is ready for any changes that might come along and has practical tried and tested approaches to do this.  We don't help you 'manage' change we work with you to create flexiblity to change through coping with the transition.

 

Humility and humour acknowledges our willingness to recognise that sometimes the answers can be tricky.  We work with you to ask the right questions that will help you move forward, plan and cope with the challenges along the journey.   We model for you what we recognise great leaders model for us:  humility and the willingness to laugh at yourself.   We learnt this from the likes of Jim Collins, Barry Porras, Barry Posner and Jim Kouzes. 

Creating change starts with leaders acknowledging their own emotional response to change and balancing the paradox of sheer determination and drive with a realisation that sometimes, things don't always go according to plan.  The ability to laugh enables the release of creative energy which gives you the opportunity to look at things differently.  We call this emotional intelligence.
